You people have dirty minds! I’m not talking about cocks, I’m talking about stories.
So far, my “Kes” novels have been available on Amazon for download to your eReader, and for those eagle-eyed readers, can now be found on the Explore-Cockaigne sub-site. But I now intend to add them to Screeve. I am nearly finished with the third novel in the trilogy, “Liberating Kes”, but until that is finished and edited, I will be adding the previous two novels, in their entirety and as a single file, none of this part one, part two, business. They were written as novels and should be read as such; a series, made up of many parts, has an entirely different structure.
I like writing both novels and series, as well as stand-alone short stories. While the heat wave in the UK is making my body lethargic, my mind is full of potential stories whirring around my head both in Cockaigne and outside.
I hope you get to read them soon. Until then, let’s just get over this ridiculous heat wave and back to some sensible temperatures. I’m sure my portable air-con unit is overworked, and I hate to see what my electricity bill is. What price for a few moments of comfort?
As far as your writing the length of the story is irrelevant we know it’ll be enjoyable & sexy as hell.

Preference for long, short, thick, thin, bumpy, smooth – all depends on context, whatever I’m doing. As far as stories, sometimes a short blast onto the midriff as quick as possible is what’s desired. But sometimes the anticipation of a next chapter is a slow-burn delight, leading to a sense of edging, speculating and wondering where my imagination – and finally the writer – will take me. Both journeys are fun.

Story length. I’ve read some that were long but the grammar was not good. Poor construction. The term “short story” could be many paragraphs long.
