Long-Haul

I don’t know if you noticed, but I had to speed up the release of Three Tears to ensure it was complete before I disappeared on holiday for two weeks. I didn’t want to leave you hanging, waiting for the ending.

I plan to post the final chapter of The Chronicles of the Ashworth family next week, shortly before I go. I hope you all enjoy the conclusion.

Hopefully, my two-week holiday will let me recharge my batteries and reinvigorate my creative juices. I’ve not written anything for about three weeks despite having several ideas rolling around my head. It’s my first ever long-haul flight, and I must admit I’m a little nervous. Twelve hours on a plane is not something I will enjoy. I find it difficult to sleep while travelling, and aeroplane toilets are not exactly pleasant. But I hope the destination makes up for it.

When I return, I have a new story all ready for you. It’s another one set in Cockaigne that revolves around the Dickinson family. It is unapologetically all about sex. I must have been sexually frustrated when I wrote it!

Now that I’ve teased you with a new story, I hope you can wait three weeks to read it. But before then, you will be able to read the conclusion of the Ashworth Family in the next few days. If you can’t wait for my new story, why not go back and read some old shorts or series?

Thanks to all of you for your support; it really means a lot to me, and for those in the UK, enjoy the bank holiday weekend.
